Every team member is encouraged when they have a vision for a culinary delight! We will try it out in house a few times until we perfect it for our guests and then, be prepared for a new item to grace our menus for a while. We enjoy the opportunity to bring Authentic Italian Cuisine alive here in the Lakeside area of Camas, Washington. Italy has many rice, potato and vegetable dishes to showcase along with their popular pastas.

Fresh Coffee Especial….
French press café is made to order for each guest and served light, medium and dark, depending on how you like it! We also carry a generous array of flavors and sugar free flavors as well as cream and alterative milks; almond, rice and soy. Our Cold Brew is a strong and delicious iced coffee offered from Americano to sweet and creamy with whipped cream!
Oh, and yes, we sell Nightcrawler’s/aka/WORMS! (In their very own, dedicated fridge, outside of the kitchen, of course!)
